For delivery within the UK mainland, we offer free delivery on orders over £50. Our standard delivery service costs £3.99 and takes 3-5 working days. Next day delivery is available for £4.99, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Saturday delivery is also an option for £6.99, if ordered before 5.00pm on Fridays.

We also offer international delivery. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery, while standard international delivery costs £10.95 for Europe, £12.95 for the USA and Canada, and £24.99 for the rest of the world. For faster international shipping, we have an option for UPS Express shipping at £29.99, which takes 2-4 working days. Please note that UPS Express shipping is not available to Russia.

We are happy to refund or exchange any items within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unworn, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging. However, please note that certain items, such as beauty products, haircare, and earrings, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
