In terms of returns, Jaded London offers refunds on items within 30 days of receipt. However, the item must be unworn with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Swimwear must also be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. Any items marked as non-refundable, such as beauty products, haircare, or earrings, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
