La Redoute Collections Maxi Period Knickers, Heavy Flow

La Redoute Collections has introduced a highly functional and comfortable solution to women’s menstrual hygiene needs with their maxi period knickers. These knickers are made from top-notch microfibre and lace materials that offer reliable absorption and hygienic protection. They are also washable and reusable, which means they are serving as an alternative to traditional sanitary protection, thereby reducing waste.

With a band of lace at the waist, the knickers provide an excellent fit, while the fabric is soft, breathable, and leakproof. The 4 layers of protection offered by the knickers include a top protection layer wicking away blood flow, a highly absorbent middle layer made from cotton/polyester, another ultra-absorbent layer of protection, and a waterproof leakproof polyester layer. This multi-layer protection makes the knickers ideal for heavy flow days.

In terms of fabric content and care advice, the main fabric is made of 91% polyamide and 9% elastane, the lining is 100% polyester, while the secondary fabric is 90% polyamide and 10% elastane, and the second secondary fabric is 100% cotton. These knickers are machine washable at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Also, they have OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, which indicates that the product is free from harmful substances via an independent, international label.
