We are happy to refund or exchange any items within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, it must be unworn with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Swimwear must also have the hygiene sticker attached for a return to be eligible. Please note that items marked as non-refundable, such as beauty products, haircare, or earrings, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
